The foundations of Artı Tarabya (Plus Tarabya) have been set by the partnership of AKKA Group and IRMAK INŞAAT, both having extensive experience in the construction sector.
AÇI PARTNERSHIP established by AKKA GROUP and IRMAK INŞAAT AKKA GROUP was joined by REVAK YAPI later on. The mission of AÇI Partnership is to bring life to residential projects that are designed at the highest professional level to set an example in the sector and to bring the living standards to the highest level possible.
Akka Group
AKKA Group, one of the Project partners, started its operations in 1978 with its construction company AKKA Insaat. AKKA Group is now operational in construction, tourism, food and retail sectors and continues grow steadily. The headquarters of AKKA Group is in Ankara and it has branch offices in both Istanbul and Antalya.
AKKA Insaat has a portfolio of various successful projects ranging from industrial facilities to collective housing, from tourism facilities to school constuctions.
Revak Yapı
REVAK Yapı was founded in 2008 as a member company of ENSA Group which has been active since 1991.
REVAK YAPI has proved its excellence in the construction sector with various residential projects, factories, business centers and hotel constructions it had conducted in Istanbul and other cities. REVAK YAPI aims to grow and always bring an added value with its projects.
Irmak İnşaat
IRMAK Insaat, founded in 2000, started its activities in the construction sector with NATO military projects. Since then, it has completed various projects in and outside of Turkey including various hospitals, military bases, bridges, highways, factories, grain silos and infrastructure projects.
IRMAK Insaat has started its residential projects in 2005 and always aimed for the better in the pursuit of professional excellence with its in depth engineering knowledge and keeping up with all technological developments and improvements. Bodrum Loca - Türkbükü, Yalıkavak ve Tio Therapia - Tarabya are some of the residential projects it has completed.
